This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from Rinova Pergola.
Rinova Pergola does not perform direct exchanges for pergola structures.
To obtain a different model or configuration, eligible products must be returned and a new order placed.
Only Customers with a valid Rinova Pergola order number are eligible for returns.
Full pergola returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Orders canceled or returned after 24 hours are subject to the 10% cancellation fee.
You are responsible for properly repackaging and palletizing the pergola for transport.

Once received, the pergola will be inspected.
If it arrives in good, re-sellable condition, a refund will be issued within 10 business days, less:
If the pergola arrives damaged or in reduced resale condition, Rinova Pergola may reduce or withhold the refund.
All returns are shipped at the Customer’s risk. Any damage during customer-arranged return shipping must be claimed directly with the carrier.
If a pergola order is canceled while in transit:
A $1,000 recall and restocking fee applies.
The 10% cancellation fee does not apply if a new pergola order of equal or greater value is placed.
Accessories may be returned subject to inspection.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds may be reduced for damage, signs of installation, or diminished resale value.

This policy extends the return window only and does not waive cancellation fees, restocking fees, or shipping charges.
