This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Rinova Pergola through our website, by phone, email, chat, or draft order.

Shipping Areas

Rinova Pergola ships to customers within the contiguous United States.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations may be possible only by separate written agreement and may involve additional charges.

Shipping Costs

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product prices do not include delivery charges.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address and before payment is processed.

Delivery Method & Scope

Standard delivery generally includes:

  • Manual unloading of cartons from the truck (liftgate or forklift may be used for large or heavy orders)
  • Removal of cartons from pallets
  • Placement of cartons in a reasonably accessible, dry area (such as a driveway, garage, or accessible backyard area)

Delivery to raised areas (e.g., rooftop terraces) or locations requiring special equipment or extended carrying distances may incur additional charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, weather conditions, logistics constraints, or other unforeseen events. Rinova Pergola is not liable for delays or failure to deliver within estimated timeframes.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the correct address and recipient name. Deliveries may require a signature.

Rinova Pergola is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Inspection & Reporting Issues

You must inspect all items within 7 days of receipt.

Any issues, including damages, missing items, incorrect products, faults, or unsuitability, must be reported to info@rinovapergola.com within this period.

Transport Damage & Refusal of Delivery

If your order arrives with visible transport damage, you should:

  • Note the damage with the carrier at delivery, if possible
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact info@rinovapergola.com as soon as reasonably possible

Failure to note damage at delivery does not remove statutory rights but may delay resolution.

If you refuse delivery without visible damage or valid reason, you may be responsible for additional costs, including re-delivery, return transport, and handling charges.

Risk of Loss

All risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the products are delivered to the address specified in your order.
