We specified the Venta in Anthracite (RAL 7016) with both a remote and a wall switch, so the louvers can be opened for airflow or closed to block the afternoon sun at the touch of a button. Concealed gutters handle any rain.

Permits, engineering & HOA

As with every Rinova Turnkey Project, the paperwork was ours, not the homeowners'. We prepared PE-stamped, permit-ready engineered drawings for this Anaheim site — footings, post loads and the structure's wind exposure — and handled the city permit process. Where a homeowners' association is involved, we prepare the architectural submittal and answer the board's questions so the design clears review.
