Common Questions
Is there a fee to become a dealer?
No franchise or program fee. We expect a commitment to the category — typically a display unit for your showroom and agreed annual volume targets — but there is no charge to join the program.
Do I need a showroom?
A showroom or display area helps enormously with a high-ticket product, but it is not mandatory. Several successful dealers work from design studios or with display units at their premises.
How do territories work?
Territories are defined together during onboarding, based on your service area and capacity. Within your territory, website leads are routed to you and we do not appoint competing dealers.
Do you train our installers?
Yes. Installation training is part of onboarding, with full documentation for every model and size — and our technical team supports your crews on their first projects.
What are the margins like?
Dealer pricing is tiered by volume and discussed on the intro call. Louvered pergolas are a premium product with healthy, defensible margins — including on screens, heating and lighting add-ons.
How long does approval take?
We review applications within two working days. If it looks like a fit, most dealers go from application to signed agreement within two to three weeks.
